2026

Best Kitchen

Our Raleigh model home in our Founders Club community won the Best Kitchen award in the $450,000-$600,000 price range during the Home Builders Association of Greenville Bridge Awards.

Best New Floor Plan

The Chamberlayne was named the Best New Floor Plan during the Home Building Association of Richmond's MAME awards. The Chamberlayne is a paired villa with a one-car attached garage and first-floor primary bedroom.

Best Primary Suite

Our Clayton model home in our Villas at Dawsonville won Best Primary Suite in the Greater Atlanta Parade of Homes.

Builder of the Year - Richmond

Eastwood Homes earned top honors in March when they won Builder of the Year from the Home Building Association of Richmond. The esteemed Builder of the Year award celebrates new home sales success and recognizes builders whose product designs, customer service, community involvement, and business spirit represent the best of the industry! (Previously Builder of the Year in 2009, 2012, 2014, 2018, and 2023.)

Design Consultant of the Year

Congratulations to Beverly Willis who earned Design Consultant of the Year for her hard work and vision as our Design Center Manager in Richmond during the Home Building Association of Richmond's MAME awards.

Digital Marketing Professional of the Year

Alli Hoffer earned Digital Marketing Professional of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte during their annual MAME awards ceremony.

Marketing Excellence

Eastwood Homes earned the Marketing Excellence by a Builder award during the Home Building Association of Richmond MAME awards.

Online Sales Team of the Year

The Charlotte Home Builders Association awarded Eastwood Homes the best Online Sales Team of the Year during their MAME awards for the sixth time!

People's Choice Award for Best Social Media Moment

The Eastwood Homes team won the People's Choice Award for Best Social Media Moment for an ASMR home tour. This award was given after a period of live voting during the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte MAME awards.

Silver Award at Nationals

Tara Whiteley, our Digital & Marketing Manager, earned a Silver Award for Marketing Professional of the Year at The Nationals award ceremony held by the National Association of Homebuilders.

Triangle Parade of Home Winners

Our Raleigh team took home top honors during the Durham, Orange, and Chatham County Parade of Homes earning several awards. Our Black Forest Pointe model home, the Ellerbe, won gold, while three of our move-in-ready homes won silver and bronze awards. The Wilmington on Homesite 27 in our Castlewood community won Silver. The Colfax on homesite 10 in our Weddington community and the McDowell on homesite 20 in our Hillcrest Grove community both won Bronze.
2025

Best Community

Our Enclave at French Quarter Creek won Best Community for 100 to 250 homes at the 2025 PRISM Awards by the Charleston Home Builders Association.

Best Home Design

Our Avery floorplan was awarded the Best Single-Family Home Design ($300K–$399K) by the Charleston Home Building Association during their annual PRISM awards.

Marketing Professional of the Year

Tara Whiteley earned Marketing Professional of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte during their annual MAME awards ceremony.
2024

Best Building Design

Marble Tree took home the Gold at the 44th Annual OBIE Awards! Our Abbeyville floor plan won Best Building Design. The OBIE Awards, presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, celebrate top achievements in the home building industry, with categories spanning building, remodeling, marketing, and more.

Model Townhomes $300,000-$399,000

Our Chatham model townhome at The Landings at Montague won an award for Model Townhomes $300,000-$399,000 at the 2024 CHBA PRISM Awards!
2023

Builder of the Year Charlotte

We are thrilled to announce that Eastwood Homes has been named Builder of the Year in Charlotte, NC, in 2023! This well-deserved recognition is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and exceptional craftsmanship that Eastwood Homes brings to every project. Congratulations to the entire team for this outstanding achievement!
We were awarded this honor at the 2023 MAME awards presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte. We have previously won this award in 2009, 2012, 2014, and 2018.

Online Sales Team of the Year

The Charlotte Home Builders Association awarded Eastwood Homes the best Online Sales Team of the Year during their MAME awards for the fifth time!

Our Roanoke model in Summerlyn won a silver medal in the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association Obie awards. The category was single-family builder in the price range of $400-$500k.

45th Largest Builder Nationwide by BUILDER Magazine

Best Community Outreach

Eastwood Homes earned the Best Community Outreach award for our annual charity golf outing during the Charlotte Home Builders Association MAME awards. The Eastwood Classic raised $105,000 for the Levine Children's Hospital.

Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association awarded Eastwood Homes with a gold medal for Single Family Builder under 25 homes

Best Social Media

Eastwood Homes earned the Best Social Media award during the Charleston Home Builders Association PRISM awards.

Best Community Outreach

At the 2017 MAME Awards held in Charlotte, NC, Eastwood Homes was recognized with Best Community Outreach for the charity golf outing benefitting Levine Children's Hospital. Since the first outing in 2012, Eastwood Homes has raised more than $200,000 for the hospital. We could not be more grateful to support such a worthy organization!

At the 2016 Charlotte Business Journal Best Places to Work, Eastwood Homes was recognized as Best Place to Work, ranking 5th out of 22 large companies in Charlotte. This is the 2nd year that Eastwood Homes was voted as one of the best places to work, thanks to the anonymous surveys that were completed by our employees!

Eastwood is proud to have won the Design Center of the Year award three years in a row by the Charlotte Home Builders Association. The State-of-the-Art Design Center is equipped with staged kitchens, bathrooms, lighting fixtures, and more, to help buyers personalize their New Homes!

Master Craftsmanship Award

As a recipient of this exclusive award, Eastwood Homes is certified as one of the nation’s highest quality builders, having passed an extensive process that analyzes their experience, financial stability, construction quality, and customer service. The Master Craftsmanship Award puts Eastwood Homes in the top 1% of builders nationwide who provide customers with superior home warranty protection with American eWarranty.
2010

Builder of Integrity Award (2010, 2008, 2006, 2004)

Every two years the Builder of Integrity Award is given to the builder that not only exhibits technical excellence, ethical practice, and financial stability but also demonstrates a commitment to excellence in customer service that has gone above and beyond the industry norm. In order to even qualify for the honor, a builder must show a customer problem ratio of less than 2%.
