Eastwood Homes Awarded in Durham's Parade of Homes

The 2018 Durham Parade of Homes event took place throughout the month of October featuring homes from across the region. Parade of Homes is meant to show residents and visitors the beauty of living in the area. The homes are picked to showcase the latest designs, styles, and more. We are honored to say we won not one but two awards this year for our townhome designs.

 

The 2018 Durham, Orange, and Chatham Counties Parade of Homes Awards Gala was held at the Carolina Inn on Thursday, October 18th.  It was an exciting night for Eastwood Homes as we took home the Gold and Bronze awards in the $290,000 - $325,000 category. The gold-winning Columbia was praised for its open foyer, decorative trim, and loft area.  It is one of our most popular floorplans, and we’re sure you’ll love it too! The bronze winning Norman plan was praised for the open floor plan, spacious kitchen, and decorative trim in the primary bedroom. This design is one of our favorites! It’s set to fit many different lifestyles and adjust to your home's needs.
