Meet Elena, who took over the design studio in our Columbia division a little more than 6 years ago. She also covers our Atlanta market's design studio appointments. Elena's favorite part of her career is seeing her buyers' visions come together.

She just built her own Eastwood home (an Asheboro floorplan) so she is very familiar with all aspects of home building. In fact, she managed the entire project herself and is very proud of the final product. 

Elena's family is her husband GT, daughter Milana, and two furry kids, Chino and Nico. Her favorite place to go is any beach and she loves paddleboarding and snowboarding.

Ready to Help

Meet Brandi, a seasoned professional in the home building industry with more than 15 years of experience. She began her career in New Home Sales and later became the Design Studio Manager for Charleston, handling Bluffton designs as well. Brandi has a fantastic sense of humor that puts people at ease and makes meetings enjoyable. She has successfully guided numerous buyers through the design selection phase, striving to make  the experience both fun and painless for everyone, whether they are moving up or sizing down. Her expertise in sales has given her a deep understanding of the journey buyers go through from contract to close. Outside of work, Brandi enjoys a range of outdoor activities, including boating, running, and live music. She also volunteers her time at local animal shelters. Brandi's dedication, experience, and good humor make her an inspirational figure in the industry.

Amanda Ripani has worked in the New Home Industry for the last 17 years, and over the past 10 years has served as the Eastwood Homes Design Studio Manager for our Charlotte Design Team.

Megan Clark has an Interior Design degree and has worked in the Design Field for the past 14 years in many capacities including commercial design, lighting design, and residential design. She joined the Eastwood Homes Design team 7 years ago upon moving to Charlotte.

Together, we will bring your design vision to life and I am excited to be part of your home building journey.

Meet Beverly, our Design Center Manager whose love for design and helping others started at a young age.  After graduating high school, she started working as a Design Assistant at a large custom builder and quickly found out that design was her calling.  She has received extensive product and design training throughout her 20 year career and worked her way up to managing a large design team and creating two award-winning Design Studios.  She has had the pleasure of helping more than 2,000 customers discover fun ways to create the home they’ve always dreamed about.  She enjoys meeting new people and having the opportunity to help them bring their vision to life while providing them with product knowledge and design benefits to reflect their lifestyle needs.

Meet Jessie, a lifelong learner, who considers herself, and the design center, a conduit for empowering clients to make their ideas of a dream home into a reality. She understands how important her role is in making some of the biggest decisions in one’s life and, how the relationship between Design Specialist and client must form quickly to ensure the best outcome. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Jessie loves meeting new clients and establishing that line of communication and trust. Her hopes are that every client leaves the design center feeling confident and excited about the home they’re about to build. When she isn’t helping clients with their new homes, or spending time with her husband, two kids and brood of animals, she can be found in the gym as a trainer and instructor helping clients with their health and wellness. “Empowering people with knowledge has always been my passion and driving force.” She’s also never met an animal she didn’t love, and is active in rescue and fostering.

I have been working with Eastwood Homes for over 16 years and I’ve been lucky enough to run the Design Center for the last 11 of those years.  I love working with customers and guiding them through the process of personalizing their new home and easing some of the stress of making such huge decisions.

There is nothing more rewarding to our Eastwood Homes Design team than a new homeowner telling us,  “I love my new Eastwood home.”

Heather has been in real estate since 1999 both on the sales side and design side.  Once her toes dipped into the design side she stayed as Heather’s background is in Arts, Fashion, and Design. Heather has been with Eastwood Homes for eight years.

When not working she's enjoying time with family and dogs either on a nature trail or on the open road cycling.

There is no better feeling than helping someone create and bring their dreams to life.  I am blessed every day to meet with families to help cultivate many memories to come.

Julie has been in real estate since 2021. With her wealth of knowledge on countertops and her background in interior design, being an Eastwood Homes design consultant is the perfect fit.  Julie has been with Eastwood Homes for two years.

On the weekends, you can find Julie dining with family and catching up on her favorite TV shows with her husband and daughter, when she is home from college.

My appreciation for design started at a very young age. I have a passion to improve and elevate daily living.  I love helping new home buyers create personal spaces in their homes. Together we discuss features and finishes which best reflect their lifestyles.

As a design specialist, Alicia brings her flair for design to every meeting, passionately helping to bring visions to life. She is deeply invested in staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and is always eager to share and apply these exciting developments. 

Having experience building and designing her own home, Alicia knows the pressure of making such important decisions, and it helps her give buyers the best experience possible. At each meeting, she works to exceed clients' expectations and loves to help them achieve their needs and desires. 

Alicia says, "It's a good day when you see buyers' joy and excitement, and I feel lucky to share this experience with them."

When she has downtime, she finds happiness spending quality time with her family and friends, engaging in many outdoor activities, and cuddling with her dogs.

I have been with Eastwood Homes for 16 years, first as a New Home Specialist guiding buyers through the selection process of purchasing a brand new home. For the past six years, I have been assisting buyers with their design vision. I have a vast knowledge of the materials and functionality of our products. Nothing is more fulfilling than guiding our buyers through one of the most important decisions of their lives, creating their dream home.
