Eastwood Homes 2025 Year in Review

January 30, 2026

Eastwood Homes in 2025

The new year is in full swing, and we’re busy and grateful to be building your homes with care here at Eastwood Homes. Before we find ourselves too far into 2026, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on our highlights and favorite memories from 2025. We couldn’t have had such a successful (and FUN) year without the help of our amazing team and fantastic homebuyers!

Building To New Heights

Napolitano Homes Acquisition-4.jpg

Acquisition of Napolitano Homes

In March of 2025, we were very proud to announce Eastwood Homes’ acquisition of Napolitano Homes, a Hampton Roads, VA-based builder with a strong reputation for building quality homes in the region. This acquisition expanded our company to include the thriving Hampton Roads area, which includes Chesapeake, Franklin, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Poquoson, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, and Williamsburg, and the counties of Gloucester, Isle of Wight, James City, Mathews, Southampton, Surry, and York. The expansion marked Eastwood Homes’ 10th division and second in the Virginia market. We are very proud to welcome the Napolitano family to Team Eastwood!

New Eastwood Homes Communities

Charlotte, NC

We built several new communities last year, with Waterford Commons in Rock Hill, SC, being one of the most heavily anticipated. The community is near the Riverwalk/Piedmont Medical Center Trail along the Catawba River, offering paved greenway access and connections to River Park. Carrington is another brand-new community located in the Lake Norman area. Residents will soon be able to enjoy resort-style amenities—including a pool, cabana, pavilion, pocket parks, and sidewalks that connect the entire neighborhood. Plus, the community playground is already installed and ready for fun!

Hampton Roads, VA

The acquisition of Napolitano Homes brought us several new communities in the Suffolk, VA area, including Bennett’s Creek Quarter, The Estates at Nansemond River, and The Vineyards at Hallstead Reserve, a 55+ Community. Our Hampton Roads division continues to expand as we look ahead to 2026.

Charleston, SC

Our Charleston division celebrated the grand opening of Phase 2 of Parker’s Preserve in Ridgeville, SC. Residents of Parker’s Preserve will appreciate access to the highly rated Dorchester District 2 schools with shopping and dining only minutes away in historic downtown Summerville. In Parker’s Preserve, you can personalize your new home by building from the ground up, making choices that fit your style and needs.

Our Greenville division welcomed six new communities in 2025, including some that expanded our reach to the Spartanburg, SC area: Founders Club (Moore, SC), CraigStone (Woodruff, SC), East Main Townes (Spartanburg, SC),  Benjamin’s Grove (Woodruff, SC), Kayfield at Midway (Anderson, SC), and Martin Terrace (Seneca, SC).

Greensboro, NC

Our Greensboro division welcomed three new communities to the Triad area: Fiddler's Ridge (Advance, NC), Pisgah Park (Kernersville, NC), and Monterra (Kernersville, NC). In addition to our new neighborhoods, we also celebrated the addition of Build On Your Lot to our Triad offerings and the grand opening of our Eastwood Homes Triad Build On Your Lot & Design Center.

Columbia, NC

In 2025, Eastwood Homes began selling townhomes in the highly sought-after Lake Carolina community. Our Columbia division was also new to the area of Lexington, SC, with the opening of Clubside Reserve at Summerlake, featuring exciting new floor plans. In addition to our new communities in the Columbia area, we have also expanded our reach to Aiken, SC, with the additions of Highland Bluff and Colleton Park.

New Eastwood Homes Floor Plans

Charlotte, NC

The addition of Waterford Commons also brings five new home designs, including ranch-style and two-story plans, thoughtfully designed specifically for the community: the Baldwin, the Taylor, the Mitchell, the Ambrose, and the Harrison.

Poquoson, VA

We welcomed the Sullivan floor plan to the Richmond division for the first time at Valmoore Manor near Newport News. The Sullivan is a three-bedroom, two-bath, ranch-style home with a crawl space foundation, a dedicated home office, a spacious family room, a kitchen with an island and pantry, a separate breakfast area, a covered rear porch, and a first-floor primary suite.

New Leadership

In 2025, Dion Matheney moved from Charleston to join the Greenville division as Division President. Welcome to Greenville, Dion!

Build On Your Lot

Exciting Growth

2025 was an exciting year of growth and momentum for Eastwood Homes Build On Your Lot. We expanded our team by 11 new members across Charlotte, Greenville, Charleston, Raleigh, and the Triad, and proudly launched two new markets in Raleigh and the Triad, marking an important milestone for our division.

Throughout the year, we saw strong sales activity across all regions, with more than 30 homes sold in Charlotte, 17 in Charleston, 11 in Greenville, 7 in Raleigh, and our first home sold in the Triad. We also celebrated dozens of homeowner closings, including 17 in Charlotte, 9 in Charleston, and 4 in Greenville.

New Floor Plans and Introducing Peyton’s Creek

Innovation and growth were key themes in 2025. We introduced The Manchester, our largest Build On Your Lot home to date, providing homeowners with even more flexibility and space. We also launched our first Build On Your Lot community, Peyton’s Creek, located in Statesville in Iredell County. In addition, we expanded our product offerings with the introduction of the Kingston ADU floor plan, along with detached garage ADUs, meeting the growing demand for versatile and multigenerational living solutions.

Community and Team Events

Community connection remained at the heart of everything we did. This year, we hosted and participated in several meaningful events, including a Realtor Appreciation Boat Day, a tricycle race charity event benefiting Greg Olsen’s charity, The HEARTest Yard, the Greenville Build On Your Lot Design Center Grand Opening, and our second annual Holiday Homebuyer Appreciation Event.

As we look ahead to 2026, we’re more energized than ever to help homeowners build on the land they love. With thoughtful design, expert guidance, and a growing footprint, the best is truly yet to come.

Eastwood Gives Back

Charlotte, NC

Eastwood Homes was proud to announce an unprecedented donation of $195,000 made to Atrium Health Foundation in support of Atrium Health Levine Children’s in Charlotte. The gift arose from the record-breaking success of Eastwood Homes’ 13th Annual Eastwood Classic golf outing in September 2025. We had a fantastic time at our 2025 Eastwood Homes Classic Golf Tournament, and we’re so proud of our longstanding philanthropic partnership with Levine Children’s.

Richmond and Hampton Roads, VA

In addition to our annual golf tournament, Team Eastwood finds many other ways to give back to our communities. Our Richmond team is no stranger to community service, with team members volunteering their time and talents with organizations such as Salvation Army Angel Tree, FEEDMORE Food Drive, and Long and Foster Toys for Tots.

Eastwood Homes is also building our first St. Jude Dream Home® in our newly added Hampton Roads division. We're building a Cypress on lot 11 at River Estates at Hillpoint Farms for The St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway. We're so honored to support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to help cure childhood cancer!

Charleston, SC

Our Charleston team contributed to the Lowcountry Food Bank, as well as participating in two additional food drive events with communities New Riverside Village and The Bluffs at Pinefield Townhomes. We also built a playhouse as a team for the Charleston Habitat for Humanity Playhouse Project.

Greenville, SC

Greenville division communities and the home office participated in a food drive for Miracle Hill Ministries in December 2025. As a team, we collected a total of 313 pounds of food to be delivered directly to Miracle Hill.

Team Eastwood

Here at Eastwood Homes, we’re more than co-workers – we’re a family and a team. We show our appreciation to our team members through events and team-bonding. In 2025, we worked hard and had fun while doing it!

Our Charlotte builders took a well-earned team trip to Oak Island to spend quality time together and enjoy some time away. Our Charlotte division also hosted the annual Rising Stars event, which includes performances from incredible artists like Josh Ross, Alexandra Kay, Chase McDaniel, Preston Cooper, Greylan James, and Meghan Patrick!

We always love the chance to get together and enjoy time as a team, whether it was our annual Sales Rally with a bonus Top Golf outing in January, or our sales trip to Costa Rica over the summer. Our Raleigh division’s Annual Chili Cook Off was a hit once again as well.

Our Richmond division is ecstatic to be building Midlothian Depot Townhomes, luxury boutique townhomes coming soon to Chesterfield County. This thoughtfully designed 13-acre development at the intersection of Midlothian Turnpike and Alverser Drive will feature approximately 60 upscale townhomes, each offering modern amenities and private garages, nestled amidst curated green spaces and a dedicated dog park. Anchored by Chesterfield County's first Whole Foods Market, the 36,000-square-foot organic grocery store will be complemented by an additional 48,000 square feet of high-end retail space. Residents will enjoy seamless access to boutique shopping, dining, and wellness options, all within a pedestrian-friendly environment designed for community engagement.

Our Columbia team had a busy year with several new communities now selling, as well as the expansion to the Aiken area. As we look to 2026, we also expect to welcome Arbordale (Blythewood, SC), Lauren Park (Lexington, SC), and Ferry Grove (Lexington, SC).
