Our Quick Start Homes have been submitted to the governing municipality for construction permits with their structural options chosen. This allows the home to start much faster often cutting out 45 days of the waiting process. Once you say "Sold!" we invite you to personalize your home with your designer selections and we'll begin construction on your new home!
