No system as complicated as building a home can be "perfect," a "10." However, Eastwood Homes is about as close as a company can get to that number at this juncture. At least where the construction of my home is concerned. Subcontractors ARE subcontractors. That being said, THAT is where your "Ace in the Hole," David Ford helps to maintain your rating at a strong 9+. His "office" is in his shoes. Rarely does he walk this phase of the Development LESS than 7 miles every day. He, Melissa and Jacy are STILL "on the job" MANY evenings until after 6 or 7 p.m.
