This versatile plan is designed with an easy flow into the dining room, breakfast area, kitchen, and family room. Outfitted with 4 spacious bedrooms, stylish bathrooms, and granite countertops- what’s not to love?

Our newest community in the Wake Forest area, Kanata Mills, won silver for a furnished single-family model home! The Roanoke is another brand-new floorplan that is as grand as its name. With 5 spacious bedrooms, including a first-floor guest suite, large flexible loft space, gourmet kitchen, and luxurious master bathroom- we know that a lot of planning went into this design!
In Durham, North Carolina, our Ganyard Farms Morganton model won gold and the Burlington won silver for furnished townhome models. (Our Morganton plan must be a winner!) The kitchen in the Morganton is styled with dark cabinets, a light gray speckled granite, stainless steel appliances, and desirable hardwood flooring that continues throughout the first floor. The Burlington master bedroom, pictured on the right, is a relaxing sanctuary. With a soft green paint, and a touch of color with our accent pieces, we deserve the crown for this master suite!
