These are perfect appetizers – meatballs stacked with all of the ingredients for a deluxe bacon cheeseburger! I love SIMPLE. I love football. I love entertaining. I love eating clean and I love NO CLEAN UP even more!!!! My younger brother plays in the NFL for the Indianapolis Colts and I love the way friends and family bond over cheering him on!! #GOCOLTS

Bake up as many Farm Rich Original Meatballs as you desire, following the package instructions.
Meanwhile: Cut small pieces of American cheese to melt on top when meatballs are baked.
"Stack" your desired toppings on toothpicks. I used a piece of bacon, a small piece of ice berg lettuce and a half grape tomato.
When the baking time is up, top each meatball with a small slice of cheese, place back in the oven for a couple of minutes more to let the cheese melt.
Poke the already stacked skewer into the meatball, plate and serve.
Serve with ketchup, mayo and mustard dipping "sauce" if desired.
My sweet cheerleader’s favorite football dish is taco dip!! It is super easy and involves zero actual cooking…that’s actually my favorite part! You can put it together a Saturday afternoon and stick it in the refrigerator and it is ready and waiting for you on Sunday afternoon!!
This dip is my favorite – I usually make 2 batches so I have one for myself to snack on throughout the week! It’s great with chips or veggies!
My family and close friends love our Carolina Gamecocks!!! Fall is our favorite season of the year!! My daughter just moved to Columbia for college so football Saturdays just got a little more special!!! These 2 recipes have been handed down from family and are easy and quick plus they're always the 1st appetizers to vanish!! Happy Fall Y'all!! GOOOO Gamecocks!!
