Join our full-service Customer Care department to help foster referral business and address warranty needs submitted by current Eastwood homeowners.   The Customer Service Specialist must maintain a positive rapport with customers as interactions will directly affect the perception of the company brand and quality of the product offered.  It is an important, challenging and rewarding career.

Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all incoming customer calls to the Eastwood Homes’ Warranty Service Department

  • Initiate all outbound calls to Homeowners from warranty submissions via the Eastwood Homes’ website

  • Assist in the resolution of service related issues

  • Generate and maintain all customer surveys for internal and external use

  • Manage all company initiatives with regard to service after the sale

  • Issue follow-up communication to customers to ensure a smooth transition into their new home

  • Provide general office support

Requirements:

  • Availability Monday-Friday 8:30-5 pm

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in the Homebuilding and/or warranty industry

  • Excellent written, verbal communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized work environment and manage tight deadlines with minimal direct supervision

  • Thorough working knowledge of Windows operating system as well as various office software packages (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access)

  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening

  • Proper business attire and personal hygiene required to represent company in a professional manner
