You would be surprised at how much lighting affects a room. Invest in light bulbs with a high wattage and turn on all your lights before a showing. Natural light is your friend, so don’t forget to open your blinds and curtains!

Social media is the best platform for free advertising! Spread the word on your listing and hopefully, your friends will share your posts. You never know who might be in the market!

Now is not the time to forgo your lawn maintenance! The first impression is always the most important and memorable.
