Richmond, va- March 27th, 2018 – The Home Builders Association of Richmond hosted the annual Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Awards on March 1^st at the Jefferson Hotel. At this highly anticipated event, home builders were recognized for achievements in sales, marketing, design, and construction. Eastwood Homes swept this event with the prestigious Marketing Excellence award and the most notable title, Builder of the Year for 76-150 homes built annually.  This coveted designation is awarded once per year to a company that excels in all aspects of the industry.

With her first year under her belt, New Home Specialist Amanda Parsons was awarded Rookie Sales Professional of the Year. Amy Druhot, Sales Manager for the Richmond Division commented, “Amanda is defined by her infectious attitude, determination, and compassion. In Amanda’s world, there is no time she can’t be reached, no problem that can’t be solved, and no task is too trivial. These qualities speak volumes about not only the type of employee that Amanda is, but the type of person she is.”

Alongside Amanda’s title of Rookie Sales Professional of the Year, several New Home Specialists of Eastwood Homes were recognized for their achievements. Amanda Parsons, Cathy Newton, Greg Clark, and John Howsmon were recognized with Silver Awards for sales over $2 million. Michelle Puletti and Melanie Herring were recognized with a Gold Award for sales over $3 million.
