Eastwood Homes is continuing to grow throughout the Charlotte Metro area. During the first half of 2014, the residential builder will celebrate the grand opening of 6 new model homes.
In February, Eastwood completed a new model home in their Gastonia community, the Village at Parkside. The model plan is the Cypress, one of the builder’s most popular and versatile floorplans. “Our buyers find this home to be appealing because of the endless options available to customize their home,” stated New Home Specialist, Ed Baetz. “They love having the option to add a 3rd-floor bonus room or 5th bedroom. Everyone loves the bedroom and full bath on the first floor as well.” In addition to the Cypress, Eastwood Homes offers several innovative and open plans including ranch homes, and 2- and 3-story homes, with prices from the $ 140s.
