If you tuned into our blog or social media accounts last week, you more than likely heard that Eastwood Homes has proudly reached 15,000 closings! We are celebrating this milestone by recognizing a new homeowner in each division to represent our 15,000th customer! As a token of our appreciation, each homeowner will receive a gift for 15 weeks. All gifts will be hand-selected and delivered to our homeowner's door step by a member of the Eastwood Homes' team. Best of all, the gifts are ALWAYS a surprise! Stay tuned on our Facebook pages to see what type of gifts our 15,000th closing recipients receive.
Now- let us introduce our Richmond and Greenville representatives! Drumroll, please!
Representing the Richmond division is veteran, Martin Washington. Interested in finding a home in a community situated near Fort Lee Virginia, Washington found Eastwood Homes’ Watermark community desirable. With the help of Eastwood’s New Home Specialist, Melanie Herring, and his realtor, David Brewer of Berkshire Hathaway, the retired captain chose to call the Davidson his next home. This versatile floor plan offers spacious bedrooms, a relaxing sunroom and an optional 3rd floor, which appealed to Washington the most.
Representing the Greenville division are Keith and Amanda Frazier, who previously rented in a nearby community. Ready to own a new home at Steeplechase Run, the Frazier’s chose to build the versatile Davidson floorplan for its first floor study, designer kitchen, and optional 3rd floor. For Keith, it was important to find a home that had enough space for him to work from home, a spacious kitchen, and semi-customizable options to allow his children room to grow. With their desirable corner homesite, the Fraziers chose to build the Davidson with the side entry garage. Looking forward to years of entertaining, the Frazier’s chose the sunroom/patio combination and the optional 3rd floor with plans of creating a home theater.
As you can tell from Martin and The Frazier's selections, the Davidson is one of Eastwood Homes' most popular floor plans! The open concept and tremendous amount of flexible options appeals to a wide majority of new homeowners! To take a virtual tour of the Davidson, please click HERE.
