Eastwood Homes Named Builder Of The Year

We are thrilled to share that Eastwood Homes has been named the 2023 Builder of the Year in Charlotte, NC! This prestigious award is a testament to our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.

We were honored with this recognition at the 2023 MAME (Major Achievement in Market Excellence) Awards presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte in late April. The esteemed Builder of the Year award celebrates new home sales success and recognizes builders whose product designs, construction, customer service, community involvement, and business spirit represent the best of the industry! Eastwood Homes previously won the Builder of the Year honor in 2009, 2012, 2014, and 2018.

"This recognition is a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and passion that our team brings to every project. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of quality, innovation, and customer service, and this award validates our efforts."

Eastwood Homes, which is headquartered in Charlotte, has been building homes in the Southeast for more than 45 years. The company is known for its commitment to a Built with Care philosophy that shapes the way the company operates each and every day. Eastwood Homes builds both single-family homes and townhomes in more than 100 communities in the Southeast and in 14 communities throughout the Charlotte metro area.

We are also thrilled to share that we won Online Sales Team of the Year this year, for the fifth time since 2017!  

We also won "Best Design of a Detached Home,  3,000 – 4,000 sq ft" for our Roanoke model at Mirabella Estates. 

The Builder of the Year award is just the latest in a long list of accolades for Eastwood Homes. The company has received numerous awards for its home designs, such as our Roanoke and Fenwick floorplans. We’ve also earned Design Center of the Year, Marketing Excellence, Best Website, Best Social Media, and Sales Manager of the Year to name a few. Other divisions have also earned Builder of the Year including Richmond, VA, and Atlanta, GA.

Eastwood Homes is also committed to giving back to the community and has been recognized for its philanthropic efforts with Best Community Outreach honors for its commitment to raise funds for Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte through donating a portion of every home built in the Charlotte area to the hospital. We also fund the hospitality cart at the hospital and hold an annual golf outing that to date has raised more than $1 million for the hospital.
