The Devine family’s story began over 25 years ago with a dream of creating a small farm. When their neighbor Paul needed a safe place to call home, they partnered with Eastwood Homes to bring that dream full circle. With the Build On Your Lot ADU plan and the support of their community, Paul now has a modern, comfortable home he’s proud to call his own.
