Dear Eastwood Homes family and friends,
At Eastwood Homes, our team members and our homeowners are part of our family. We are focusing on their health, and yours, as our response to COVID-19 (coronavirus) continues to evolve. To our future homeowners, we are ready to help you find your next home. That commitment isn’t changing. But our process for community and model visits is.
Effective today, March 20, 2020, we will be holding model and community tours by appointment only. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we must act in the interest of the health of our community and nation. We are also limiting the number of people who can be in our model to three plus on our on-site New Home Specialist.
We are confident we can provide you an excellent experience, no matter what stage you are at in your home search, even with these extra precautions in place.
If you are just beginning your home search, we have an extensive library of virtual tours, video tours, and photo tours of our homes. We will be happy to help you navigate those. Please contact our internet team or chat with us via our website or any of our social media channels.
For those ready to visit, please contact our internet team to schedule your tour. Amanda, Leslie, and Lauren are awaiting your call! If you prefer, you can also simply schedule your own visit via the form at the bottom of our neighborhood, floorplan, and move-in-ready home pages.
If you’ve already visited a community, please reach out to the New Home Specialist who assisted you to make an appointment for a follow-up visit.
If you are under contract on your home, please call your New Home Specialist or your Builder. We are committed to maintaining a high level of communication with you as your home construction progresses.
Please know that we love welcoming you in to our model homes, and we don’t take this move lightly. We also don’t take the spread of coronavirus lightly. If you would rather not visit our community at this time, we understand. We are prepared to show our homes virtually through video chat like FaceTime, or walk you through our website to help you find your home, whichever is your preference. In fact, most of the home buying process can be done virtually. Our teams are able to help home buyers navigate that process and answer any questions they may have.
Here at Eastwood Homes, we know that life doesn’t stop even if the world seems to have slowed down around us. For many people, now is the time to buy a new home, and we remain ready to help them move forward. Our company and the home building industry at large are confident in our ability to maneuver through these challenges, and we look forward to showing you why we are your Built with Care home builder.
Owners, Eastwood Homes
If you make a daily pot of coffee, you have a great source to start and nourish a garden. There are three major uses for coffee grounds in your garden and we’re here to break them down.
In this time of uncertainty, we want to bring you an update on how we at Eastwood Homes are responding to concerns of Covid-19. Our primary goal is to ensure the health and safety of our team, our homebuyers, and our homeowners.
You’ve decided you want to improve your living situation and build a new home. But now, the big question is, where to start? One of the first questions to answer are whether you want a custom builder, semi-custom builder or what is commonly called a production builder of inventory homes. Your decision about your builder will affect many subsequent steps in the homebuilding process.
