To our future homeowners, we are ready to help you find your next home. That commitment isn’t changing. But our process for community and model visits is.
Effective today, March 20, 2020, we will be holding model and community tours by appointment only. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but we must act in the interest of the health of our community and nation. We are also limiting the number of people who can be in our model to three plus on our on-site New Home Specialist.
We are confident we can provide you an excellent experience, no matter what stage you are at in your home search, even with these extra precautions in place.
If you are just beginning your home search, we have an extensive library of virtual tours, video tours, and photo tours of our homes. We will be happy to help you navigate those. Please contact our internet team or chat with us via our website or any of our social media channels.

If you are under contract on your home, please call your New Home Specialist or your Builder. We are committed to maintaining a high level of communication with you as your home construction progresses.
Please know that we love welcoming you in to our model homes, and we don’t take this move lightly. We also don’t take the spread of coronavirus lightly. If you would rather not visit our community at this time, we understand. We are prepared to show our homes virtually through video chat like FaceTime, or walk you through our website to help you find your home, whichever is your preference. In fact, most of the homebuying process can be done virtually. Our teams are able to help homebuyers navigate that process and answer any questions they may have.
