The Middleton is so new that you won’t even find its floorplan drawings on our website. We’ve built the first (and only, so far) prototype in our Covington at Lake Norman community in Denver, NC. But while the marketing brochures are still being designed, we wanted to give you a sneak peek tour into this gorgeous new home!
As part of the Freedom Collection, the Middleton is a ranch-style home with main floor living and the option for additional bonus spaces upstairs. With more than 2,100 square feet on the first floor alone, homeowners will enjoy plenty of open space for gathering, living, and relaxing.
A formal dining space with an optional tray ceiling that opens up into the kitchen will make this home ideal for entertaining.
