Eastwood Homes is delighted to introduce their newest Triangle-area community, Orchard Ridge. Located in Durham, NC off of Highway 70, Orchard Ridge features 1-car garage townhomes from the $170’s.
At Orchard Ridge, Eastwood Homes offers a brand new set of plans designed to suit the changing needs of today’s townhome buyer. Townhome designs include 2-3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, lofts, formal dining rooms, and more. Construction on the model home is currently underway, with an anticipated completion in March. The Davidson model, one of Eastwood’s most popular plans, features a 3rd floor bonus room, full bedroom and bath on the first floor, and 4 additional bedrooms. A grand opening celebration is being planned for mid-March, although the builder has already presold several choice homesites. Several inventory homes are also under construction, and will be complete in mid-February.
Mike Lindsay, the New Home Specialist representing Eastwood Homes in Honeycutt Landing, commented on the model, “Our clients love the Davidson because it offers so many flexible features. Buyers can choose either a formal living room or a private study. The plan allows for a full bedroom and bath on the first floor, and either a bonus room or bedroom on the 3rd floor. It’s a great plan that can suit a variety of lifestyles.”
Jim Cox, Vice-President of Sales for the Raleigh Division of Eastwood Homes, commented, “The homesites in Honeycutt Landing are absolutely stunning, and we are introducing this community at the perfect time of year. It’s really going to be beautiful in the spring, and I’m sure that Honeycutt will prove to be a highly sought-after community. It’s a neighborhood that you can really feel proud to come home to.”
In addition to Honeycutt Landing, Eastwood Homes builds in 9 other Triangle-area communities with prices from the $150’s to the $300’s. In the business of building new homes since 1977, the team at Eastwood Homes is committed to building homes of exceptional value and outstanding craftsmanship throughout the Southeast.
