STOKESDALE, NC- November 12, 2014 – Eastwood Homes is delighted to introduce their newest Greensboro area community, The Landing at Angels Glen. Located in Stokesdale, NC just off Hwy 68 and 158, this new community features sprawling home sites, picturesque ponds, rolling hills, and common gathering areas. Several estate homes exist in the established and inviting community.
Homes in the Landing at Angels Glen will start in the mid $200’s, and range in size up to roughly 3700 square feet. Eastwood Homes is still working on the design of several plans they intend to offer in The Landing at Angels Glen. “We recognize the needs of today’s home buyers have changed, so we have been designing new floor plans for this community,” said Jeff Creighton, VP of Construction for Eastwood Homes Greensboro Area Division. Floor plans include single story homes, main level owner’s suites, and 2-story homes. Eastwood will offer several choice pond lots as well as basement options. All exterior elevations will include hardiplank siding, brick, or stone. Construction on the model home and several feature homes is scheduled to begin before the end of 2014. The McDowell model, a newly designed home plan, is slated to be the furnished for the community. The McDowell features a two-story great room, formal dining room with separate eat-in kitchen, 3 additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and a generous loft. The exterior elevation of the McDowell will complement the architecture of the existing homes in the community.
Amanda Oates, the Greensboro Area Division Sales Manager for Eastwood Homes, commented on the community, “The home sites in Angels Glen are absolutely stunning. It’s a neighborhood that you can really feel proud to come home to. I think that many people have chosen to make their home in Angels Glen because of the great schools, and because the community offers the peace and serenity of country living just minutes from the city.”
In addition to The Landing at Angels Glen, Eastwood Homes builds in 14 other Greensboro area communities with prices from the $150’s to the $300’s. In the business of building new homes since 1977, the team at Eastwood Homes is committed to building homes of exceptional value and outstanding craftsmanship throughout the Southeast.
