Eastwood Homes Celebrates Grand Opening in Flowers Plantation
RALEIGH, NC- October 1, 2013 – Eastwood Homes celebrated the grand opening of their newest Triangle-area new home community, Flowers Crest, in Flowers Plantation on Tuesday, September 17th.  The festivities were marked with prize giveaways and a catered lunch provided by Catering Works.  Representatives from Remax United, Hometowne Realty, Coldwell Banker HPW, and Keller Williams joined representatives of Eastwood Homes for the celebration.
Located in Clayton, NC, Flowers Plantation is a 3,000 acre master-planned community located just minutes from shopping, recreation, universities, and medical centers of the Triangle-area.  The community features acres of green space, walking trails, and tennis courts.  Additionally, Flowers Plantation is home to the Pineville Club, a 20,000 fitness center featuring a full-service spa with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools.  Flowers Plantation was recently named the Community of the Year by the North Carolina Homebuilders Association at the annual STARS awards.
The Builder Division of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston (HPW) is assisting with the marketing and sales efforts in Flowers Plantation.   Although Eastwood Homes will offer homes at the entry price-point for the community, their detailed exterior elevations and generous included features make the builder a perfect fit for the area.  Homes in Flowers Crest start in the $150’s, and range in size up to 3000 sq. ft.   The model home featured in Flowers Crest is the Ellerbe, one of Eastwood’s most popular plans.
Jim Cox, Vice-President of Sales for the Raleigh Division of Eastwood Homes, commented, “This community should prove to be a top-seller for Eastwood.  We are offering the perfect blend of beautiful exteriors, flexible floorplans, and exceptional pricing for this area.  Home-buyers are going to be thrilled to find this opportunity in such a sought-after area.”
In addition to Flowers Crest, Eastwood Homes builds in 9 other Triangle-area communities with prices from the $150’s to the $300’s.  In the business of building new homes since 1977, the team at Eastwood Homes is committed to building homes of exceptional value and outstanding craftsmanship throughout the Southeast.
