What services does H.O.M.E. provide to its members?

The H.O.M.E. Club is designed for prospective homebuyers whose credit scores currently prohibit them from purchasing a home.  Eastwood Homes has a referral relationship with full-service credit correction programs that will help to dramatically improve your credit score so that you can buy your dream home!

Some of the information on your credit history may be inaccurate or irrelevant.  We will work with you to improve or correct your credit scores for as long as it takes.  Through the use of comprehensive correction techniques, we break the automated credit repair mold and offer a better solution!

What is required of members?

Members of the H.O.M.E. Club complete a Reservation Agreement to secure their desired home site.  This way, the Member can take the necessary steps to improve his or her credit without facing the risk of losing out on the best home sites available. 

After the agreement is signed, the Member will be contacted by a Credit Repair Specialist.  The Specialist will personally review the member’s credit history and make specific recommendations that will help to improve their credit score.  If the H.O.M.E. Club Member diligently follows the recommendations provided, they should be ready to purchase a home in 12 months or less!
