You have every right to be involved in the building process, from the time you select from our more than 100 plan designs, to the day you move in, and even beyond that.

| 5. Prior to the building process, we review with you the plans for your new home. |
| 6. Before the drywall is hung, we explain how the components of your home will work together, inside and out. |
| 7. Eastwood managerial quality assurance walk-through. |
| 8. At the walk-through orientation, we carefully inspect your new home together, with a detailed list. |
| 9. On your day of closing, we re-inspect your new home, making sure that everything is in exact order. |
| 10. After you have lived in your new home for a few months, we'll have a follow-up walk through. Eastwood understands the importance of your satisfaction, even after the sale. |
